Vision Detection Systems is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence.
Customers acknowledge that surveillance laws vary by jurisdiction. Customers are solely responsible for: - Determining legality of surveillance deployment - Obtaining required permissions or consent - Proper camera placement and usage
VDS does not provide legal advice regarding surveillance compliance.
All software, AI models, content, documentation, trademarks, and materials provided by Vision Detection Systems are the exclusive property of VDS or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Service availability may be affected by connectivity, power, environmental conditions, maintenance, or third-party dependencies. VDS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Fees, billing terms, and service plans are governed by applicable agreements, order forms, or statements of work. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Detection Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid during the applicable service period.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Detection Systems from claims arising out of: - Misuse of services - Unlawful surveillance deployment - Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
VDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or actions that threaten system integrity or safety.
VDS may modify services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vision Detection Systems operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles
